Here's what I made for dinner last night its a bean crockpot with thin sliced potato crispy fries. Potatoes cooked in good quality oil have lots of vitaminC so if calories aren't an issue they're a great source of carbs and vitaminC.
It was very easy to cook and packed with nutrition and it is gluten free and plant based. π
Hello basten I started with diced onions mushrooms and tomatoes and then added a tin of mixed organic beans and some frozen peas. So as very easy meal. π
You don't need' a good source of carbohydrate' unless you're an elite athlete working out very hard or you're doing a very physical job. Most people only need 20g to a 100g of carbohydrate. And where are the leafy greens? They'll give you 50% of your vitamin C and vitamin B-6 requirements as well as magnesium, calcium, iron and vitamin A.
