Hello everyone,
Here's what I baked for dinner tonight, I gently cooked a diced onion in olive oil to soften it with organic mushrooms baby tomatoes garlic then added a tin of organic six beans some frozen country veg stock made with low salt Swiss bouillon cumin coriander ginger and black pepper with sliced organic potatoes on top with golden linseeds and a little olive oil. Baked for approx 45 mins until the potatoes started to go brown and crispy, I love simple wholesome food and cooked slowly as it beats fast food any day...π
This is gluten free and plant based and an easy healthy meal and I like that.
