Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight, its a stew with mixed organic beans with onion tomato spinach broccoli a few chunks of potato and some frozen mixed veg. I seasoned it with a little low salt bouillon turmeric and black pepper.
The dumplings recipe: 170g self raising gluten free flour 1 tea spoon baking powder 2 eggs sage a little chilli celery salt, then whizzed it up into a dough and shaped into 8 dumplings and put on the stew and left to cook merrily away.
Its been overcast and grey with rain most of the afternoon so stew with dumplings is perfect this time of year.
