Quiche

Tonight, I had a Quiche made with brown rice for the crust. It had egg beaters, cheese and fake bacon pieces. On the side, I had a small salad. A great and light dinner.😀👍

Hi Leah, your quiche with a rice base/crust sounds very interesting as I make a quiche with mashed potato as a base and I've been looking at alternatives so this is great. I'm glad that you enjoyed it. 😊

Thank you for that idea. I use the brown rice since it has less carbs. than white rice!😀👍

Does bunny the cat like eggs as our ginger tabby baby doesn't and we put them in her dish to keep her coat nice and glossy.

We don’t give eggs to Bunny. She has eggs in her own cat food.
