Here's what I had for dinner it's a curry made with local organic onions and mushrooms with organic butter beans and some frozen mixed veg and frozen sweet peppers. As well as a selection of curry spices I added a little nutmeg. I cooked it in my slow cooker and cooked the rice separately, the rice is really a very dark red it has a very nice slightly nutty texture which I like. It has a very dramatic colour thats for sure.
This is gluten free and vegan. π

That looks nice, it just goes to show how one can rustle up something nice from largely store cupboard/freezer ingredients and just tweak it using what you have
