Hi Lisatibetan. I have done a week of dropping carbs also and I dropped a kilo. I was very pleased. Can I ask what you are doing and what carbs you have stopped eating. Well done.

I see from your previous post that you tried this before and then plateau'd, but that scenario is often easily remedied (it almost invariably boils down to one of half-a-dozen common issues).
