I posted a week ago moaning that I can’t lose weight on 1400 to 1500 calories a day and exercising about an hour a day.
A lot of lovely people responded and offered advice. I took the advice of dropping my carbs, reducing the exercise and eating to appetite.
I stopped tracking calories and cut down my exercise and lo and behold I dropped 5lb this week.
So a huge thank you and it’s onwards and upwards.
