I posted a week ago moaning that I can’t lose weight on 1400 to 1500 calories a day and exercising about an hour a day.

A lot of lovely people responded and offered advice. I took the advice of dropping my carbs, reducing the exercise and eating to appetite.

I stopped tracking calories and cut down my exercise and lo and behold I dropped 5lb this week.

So a huge thank you and it’s onwards and upwards.

Hi Lisatibetan. I have done a week of dropping carbs also and I dropped a kilo. I was very pleased. Can I ask what you are doing and what carbs you have stopped eating. Well done.

Hi Jerry. Yes it is a great boost. I have a 4 week eating plan which I am following so fingers crossed.

I see from your previous post that you tried this before and then plateau'd, but that scenario is often easily remedied (it almost invariably boils down to one of half-a-dozen common issues). If you hit any speedbumps this time around, there's sure to be someone there who has had a similar problem and can help you sort it out.
