I would like some advice I am at my goal weight but I struggle to keep my weight up without losing anymore weight. I have stopped counting calories a while a go.
I have discussed this with a doctor and she said I'm eating to healthy.
Can anyone offer any advice?

I think user subtlebadger is right here. You should see a doctor if you are experiencing unexpected weight loss. Otherwise if everything is normal what you can try doing is taking supplements that boost your appetite. These supplements work by making you feel hungry so that you can eat more food if your diet is supressed. I am linking you to a website where you can find such a supplement (vitaminexpress.org/uk) . Apart from this, try eating food thats nutritious and also helps you gain weight. Stay away from eating junk food because that's just bad for your health and won't help you gain the good kind of weight.
I'm not sure what "eating too healthy" is supposed to mean. Are you sure you're eating enough? Calorie-counting often leads to eating extremely small portions of food (and a fear of eating too much) because counters find that, unless they drop their calories below BMR (ie., below about 1000kCal/day), they simply don't lose weight.
If you want to gain weight in a healthy manner, you need to be gaining muscle, and that means going to the gym and doing some weight-training. The exercise load will compel you to eat more; adding non-starchy vegetables, meat, eggs or dairy will help you achieve the result you want.
Thanks for your reply. I would love to exercise to get my heart pumping to increase my appetite but unfortunately I'm still recovering so I'm stuck in a vicious cycle. I can only do what the physio recommended.
