Here's what I made for dinner its a bubble and squeak made with organic potatoes organic cabbage, cauliflower, diced onions and chestnut mushrooms.
I had it with peas carrots broccoli and more cauliflower as it is local organic and tastes wonderful.
I par cooked the veg and then gently fried it in a little olive oil in a marble pan on low heat, I made a gravy with a little gram flour low salt bouillon yeast extract black pepper + ginger and it was very nice.
I used mashed cauliflower which also helps keep it lower in carbs it is also gluten free, plant based simple but satisfying country food.
Of course I can, first I chop and dice the onion mushrooms cook them gently in olive oil to soften and then I added mashed cooked chopped cabbage cauliflower potato and gently cooked it in olive oil until it started to brown on the outside.
To make the gravy all I did was mix a little gram flour in some cold water with some stock low salt bouillon yeast extract black pepper + ginger, then gently heat gently until the gravy thickens.
