Hi all. I am a newbie. Just started. I have tried the Noom diet for 2 weeks and lost nothing so feeling a bit despondent!

Dont get down about it, stay positive

Slimming world worked for me and c25k....lost 21kg since Christmas

Didnt go to group as there arent any where I live

The best part of it is you dont starve yourself and you can eat loads of the right choices. Good luck

Hi viviki firstly welcome to our friendly community and I think that you have to give the Noom app longer as it is a long term project to get you to change your diet gradually and positively.

Changing our relationship with food is the goal of the Noom app and it encourages a whole food diet.

The disadvantage of the Noom app is cost and there are similar free alternatives so here's a link to a free app for calorie counters.

How we perceive food is what is quintessential here and whether anyone need a phone app to change their diet is debatable to me. So now you've paid your fee I'd try and make the most of it. And you can do it and we will support you on here.
