Chia seeds are packed with nutrients and they don’t really have much flavour so they make a great addition to a number of dishes. I use them in our smoothies, on yogurt, in overnight oats and as a thickener in curries. Here’s a few more ideas which I’ll have to try.

Hi Kaz747
So many ideas there for using Chia Seeds. I enjoy using mine in my breakfast (sprinkled on the top of my porridge), and also in slow-cooked meals - as a thickener. I have occasionally made a Chia pudding as well - but I will have a look at trying some of the different ideas suggested in the article too.

I put them in my protein drink in a morning but I read the ideas page you posted and it said they are tasteless. I always have a different taste, a little bitter if I use a lot. Should I have somehow washed them before use? (Don’t know how I would do that) They are organic ones.
A sprinkling here and there works for me usually.
