Hi folks, heres some mini pancakes I made tonight, I used ground almonds an egg and a little almond milk mixed into a batter and then added some chia seeds, I had them with stewed apple with sultana's and more chia seeds plus a little mixed spice and as I didn't sweeten the fruit or the pancakes, I drizzled a little raw honey on them, so they are wholesome and pack a nutritional punch. And I enjoyed them...
