Hi everyone, I’ve been a yo yo dieter for about 20 years! Successful sometimes and then I slip back into bad habits and put the weight I’ve lost back on! The thing is I feel so good when I’ve lost weight and feel good about myself and then I think I get complacent! I am a type two diabetic and have been for about 10 years, 47 years old and need to get myself in good health, lose weight and be healthy.
Today is day one! I hopped on the scales this morning for the first time since September and I have actually lost a stone which I am happy about and that’s the encouragement I need to carry on with my weight loss journey. My friend told me about this site and I am looking forward to being part of a network with people on a similar journey.
