Banana and Blueberry Loaf

I did some baking this afternoon. This loaf makes 10 serves and each serve contains:

Calories - 159

Carbohydrates - 16 g

Sugar - 13 g

Protein - 5 g

Fat - 7.5 g

Saturated Fat - 1.2 g

Fibre - 3.1 g

Mix ingredients together (but add blueberries last and just fold them in).

I cooked it for 45 minutes - a bit longer than the recipe says.

Tip for those that don’t bake a lot - line the pan with baking paper. Crunch up the baking paper a ball and then fit it into the loaf pan - it’s a lot easier than trying to put it in flat.

Enjoy!
