Yesterday I made a large loaf of gf bread and 4 fruit bread buns, what I do is put the bread dough for the loaf in a loaf tin then add dried fruit nutmeg to the remaining dough and whiz it up.
Anyone who buys GF bread will know that a 400g loaf costs nearly £4.00 and 4 rolls £2.00 so by baking your own you get a lot more for your money. And I I like making and eating a variety of gf breads.
Aw thanks Zest there's carbs and there's yummy healthy carbs...😊

Do you use another flour instead of wheat in your buns? They look great.
They look really lovely Jerry and yes you are so right, the bought variety of GF products are so expensive and they throw in anything they can think of, your bread and buns will be far more healthy.

Thank you Alicia, they are simple honest food as I don't where to buy these Eno's and additives fortunately. 😀

Most definitely and you know exactly what's gone into them. Glad we don't know where to buy additives and even if I did I certainly wouldn't use them. Enjoy your lovely bread and buns - yummy.
