Hi everyone,
Instead of seeing how many ingredients I can put in a meal I'm making really simple dishes with a few veg bought in my small corner shop and I made this today with sliced potatoes par boiled while I cooked some onions mushrooms and tomatoes until tender added a desert spoon of gram flour and then added some boiling water from the potatoes and sprinkled with golden linseeds and baked. Nice easy healthy gluten free and plant based.
