Tonight’s dinner - a small amount of GF pasta with a sauce made with chicken, mushroom, onion, spinach, zucchini, broccoli, pine nuts, mustard, parsley, butter, cream and pepper- topped with parmesan cheese.
I often find it’s a matter of looking in the fridge and deciding what goes well together and just experimenting. Most of the time it works out well. Never be afraid to have a go at something new and different 😉

That's what l did when my boys where young. They would ask what is it? I would answer it's new & if you like it we will give it a name! Some were named ... others were never invited back to our table.
