Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight its corn and vegetable shells with beluga black lentils onions mushrooms garlic cauliflower broccoli peas carrots spinach with ginger chives seasoning black pepper turmeric with some stock with a little gram flour to thicken and left to simmer.
The shells are also pant based and colourful because of the different veggies used and I like that, so this is gluten free and vegan.
I love these black beluga lentils and buy tins of organic ones.
