Bean Spagetti

Have you discovered the delicious pasta sold at Aldi. It is 100% beans, Edame , Soya or Black beans with no egg so suitable for many including vegans, vegetarians, gluten free and low carbs . It is very filling and quick to cook and can be served with anything from olive oil with herbs to a full bolognaise sauce . The black bean is stunning and great served with a mushroom and cream sauce .

Yes! I'm a bit addicted. So glad someone else has spotted it. I'm trying to do low carb and it's great for that. I've done a really good bolognese with it too.

In the shelves n, not near Pasta! but nearer special things . Made by 'Organic as nature intended' and is an Aldi product 500g green box .

No aldi near me but I have the black bean spaghetti which I like. Can't remember where I got it.
