Hi everyone,
Here's some patties I made tonight with cooked red and white quinoa and split yellow lentils. I gently fried some white onion with hot chilli and green pepper then mixed it with the cooked quinoa/lentils and added ground almonds and chia seeds and whizzed it up in my food processor then formed into balls and flattened and then gently cooked in coconut oil. And I had it with these veggies and all the veggies here including the new potatoes are organic. I only bought them yesterday and was impressed how healthy they all looked.
This is gluten free, vegan and paleo and its not lacking nutrition...π
