Here's what i made for dinner last night. It's a favourite of mine: quinoa and lentils cooked together with mixed veggies. I had steamed and frozen some organic mushrooms. I kept the stems and cooked them with onion. I added gram flour before adding the stock to thicken it. This is gluten free and plant based.
I have frozen onions, garlic and lots of veggies frozen including many I've blanched and frozen myself, so I could make a meal like this with just dried and frozen food.
Well put together Jerry and looks and sounds yummy. I eat a lot of quinoa and love it. I add turmeric, Chinese 5 spice, cinnamon, hot paprika, black pepper and a little stevia to my quinoa and love it.

My kind of meal. My meal doesn’t look so pretty. Rice mix (red,black,wild,brown), onion, garlic, zucchini and yellow squash, corn, refried beans all topped with Hatch chili, and cheese (cheddar, gruyere, Asiago). It looks a mess, but for me delicious!
