Hi folks,
This is what I had for tea tonight and I do especially like quinoa and fennel.
I just boiled some and I cooked onion, garlic, fennel, chestnut mushrooms, sweet peppers, avocado rainbow chard and chick peas, I gently cook the veg to soften in a little olive oil then I season (a little ginger, cumin and coriander) then add water and let to simmer gently, while the quinoa cooks.
