Hi folks well here's what I had for tea tonight, the burgers are made with chestnut mushrooms, fennel, chilli, white onion and garlic . I gently cooked them in a little olive oil and when they were soft mixed with some GF bread crumbs one egg some chia seeds and a little coconut flour to thicken and a little ginger and coriander and blended them in my food processor. They’re gluten free too.
I had it with roast potatoes, sweet roast potato roast fennel and an assortment of veggies including sweet peppers carrot and garden peas,
