Hi folks well here's what I had for tea tonight, the burgers are made with chestnut mushrooms, fennel, chilli, white onion and garlic . I gently cooked them in a little olive oil and when they were soft mixed with some GF bread crumbs one egg some chia seeds and a little coconut flour to thicken and a little ginger and coriander and blended them in my food processor. Theyβre gluten free too.
I had it with roast potatoes, sweet roast potato roast fennel and an assortment of veggies including sweet peppers carrot and garden peas,

Not to exciting tonight just Quorn Bacon, Sweet corn, Peas and a couple of waffles with ACV and pink himalayan salt (thats great for the adrenals) and for dessert I had a mango with a glass of coconut Water. Did you have anything excting for tea?
