I have gall stones and am now following a 'low fat' diet while I wait for surgery. Anyone know how much fat in total in one day I should have? Thanks

Since you have a diagnosed condition and are awaiting surgery, you should follow any advice on this from your GP or surgeon, as none of us here are medically trained.

That said, about 10% of calories from fats is a good minimum which is what I aim for, and that's about 20g daily.
