Tonight, we had tuna, sharp cheddar cheese, gluten free white bread and ice cream for dinner. The meal was 54 carbs. when you add in the ice cream. It was really delicious and perfect for the cold temperatures today.

What you can do is, get two pieces of bread, tuna, cheese and put everything in the microwave for cooking for 30-40 seconds to melt the cheese on top of the tuna and bread. Really great! 😀👍🧀🍣🍞
