my boyfriend and I have lost weight together! I have learned to eat better and exercise! I have lost 8 pounds this past month still at 180 but I am happy and my boyfriend in the last 3 weeks has lost 10 pounds.

What eating right and drinking water does to your body is amazing!

Well done both of you, hope you're both got some pennies saved up as it sounds like you're both going to need new clothes soon x

great news and a way to reward yourself with new clothes is always a plus. It helps the joints and small vessels to keep your weight down and eating healthy along with moderate exercise

That's awesome! Good job to you both ☺
