Baked aubergines with minced meat and vegetables
It's 80% vegetables and 10% lean minced meat and 10% grated cheese. As a side baked sweet potatoes
I made it today for my friends birthday
They marked it as a 5 star meal
They never used to eat healthy and it took them by surprise how tasty healthy meal can be.
Now they asked me for more tips on healthy eating
