Thank you im on it like sonic now. Getting used to some changes and the children are joining in to. A good swap was soft drinks for mineral water. Also have been eating more as i wasnt having enough calories and my metabolism was slower. Ive gone back to using my nutribullet more but instead of liading it with fruit which is packed with sugar...i make drinks with ice instead. Its a dream, they are lovely and help my asthma too. Glad you posted.

Have you seen the NHS 12 week plan? Or the British Heart Foundation 'Facts not Fads' ? Both excellent healthy eating plans 😊

I bought a spiralizer in Asda. Works like a big pencil sharpener 😊 But you don't need to give up spaghetti, you need some carbohydrates, but adding extra veg is an great way of adding bulk and reducing calories 😊

If you are looking to swap Fusilli pasta, at least in the looks of it, spiraliser won't be the perfect choice. I don't know if there is something that can make potatoes look like Fusilli.

Anyway, i'd suggest a handheld spiraliser like this one

Julienne peelers are simple to use and effective. So they are a value for money products, not that they are overpriced.

Heres a little tweak...If you have a food processor or a hand held twist and chop... you can blitz cauliflower into little piece so it looks like cous cous and then microwave for 5 mins with a little water to to help it steam... use this as a swap for rice... and have it with chicken, steak or curry :-) it's just as filling with a lot less calories. I like to put a few chilli flakes in it with a bit of sweetener just to give it an extra kick as cauliflower is sometimes boring and not very flavourful.

Happy tweaking:-)

I'm going to use a smaller plate and leave something on plate at every meal even if it's a forkful xx

Good idea smaller pirtion sizes mean you can still enjoy your food but have healthy liw cal snacks inbetween like apple pieces or a banana, raisins etc. Also eating slower for some of us would help. Im prone to be too busy to eat in the dat ...then wolf down a big meal in the wvwning. Changing that right niw your pist helped thank you. 😊
