I baked this yesterday with purple cabbage new potatoes with diced red onions and cooked broccoli tender stems and cauliflower to have with in and made a cayenne pepper sauce.
I used gram flour making this gluten free and plant based so here’s a link to how I served it:

All the vegetables were bought nice and fresh yesterday morning from my local veg shop, they are all locally grown which’s what I particularly like about August and September as I love fresh seasonal foods.
I really like potatoes cooked in their skin and baked as they are nice n’ crispy, this is like a chunky baked bubble and squeak.
