Unsure about fat burning properties, as I count nutrients not calories, but I eat a tablespoon a day each of chia & linseeds. Good for healthy oils, & fibre for keeping the gut clean.
I usually add to kefir, & allowed to soak for a few hours.

Ohh I see it's more like a healthy ingredient.
Did you try to do a smoothie with Chia seed?
