What do you think about Chia seeds? :)

It helps to burn fat or it is just healthy?

Unsure about fat burning properties, as I count nutrients not calories, but I eat a tablespoon a day each of chia & linseeds. Good for healthy oils, & fibre for keeping the gut clean.

I usually add to kefir, & allowed to soak for a few hours.
