Hi, I'm new on here. I'm 4 weeks in the 12 week plan. I'm slowly starting to change my eating habits (for the better) but I'm finding it hard as I've had these bad eating habits for about 20 years. I'm also struggling to find motivation to exercise as when I've been work all day all I want to do is sit and relax and on my days off I look after my 2 year old son who no longer wants to go in his pushchair but doesn't like walking too far. Doe's anyone else struggle? any help or advice would be good x

Exercising is difficult, especially after a busy day 😕 but as your fitness improves you will be less tired after a day at work 😊 to keep going it needs to be something fun, either an exercis cdvd ( I like the dance based ones) or a class? I also have a mini under desk cycle and use that in the evenings whilst wTching tv 😊. Lastly is joining a gym an option? Many have crèches which your two year old may enjoy?

Good luck! 😊
