Hi, 20 years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome leaving me with food intolerances including tea, therefore I've only drunk coffee since then.

October 2013 I was, successfully, treated for Breast Cancer, and on Monday I had some Reflexology at my local MacMillan Centre, during the session my body told my therapist that it doesn't like coffee any more and the therapist advised herbal tea, so I'm trying to find out if that's OK for me, any advice on this will be gratefully received.

My advice is to follow the advice and dont listen to anybody else. The Lymph clinic is where you will get the best help.

My Doc is hopeless she printed me out some exercises and it told me to go down on the floor and do 5 press ups.

Didnt she realise i was in bandages and i do wall presses every day 30 of them they have no idea.

There is a huge market for herbal teas at moment so you will have plenty of choice.

The few that I have tried, couple I really like, others were hateful.

All had a bad effect on my stomach.

Now I'm going to make you laugh.

before bedtime I can drink Tumeric Tea!!!!!!!!!

warm a mug of milk in saucepan and add 1/4 teaspoonful of turmeric. (try less to begin with) add sugar to taste.

I tastes lovely and you will be in the land of Nod in no time at all. I also get very vivid dreams with it.
