Hi everyone. This is a gluten free vanilla cupcake with frosting that my brother had gotten for me. It was for tonight’s birthday party celebration. Everyone else had a cake and cupcakes that weren’t gluten free. Along with the desserts, we all had salad, honey mustard dressing, different kinds of meat ( I had ribs without barbecue sauce), coleslaw, diet sodas, baby corn on the cob, hot tea/coffee and mixed fruit salad. Everything was really good and very filling. I will post the cake in the comments section soon. It was very beautiful.
Enjoy your evening. Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🎈🎂

Thank you for letting me know this. I appreciate it very much, but I didn’t bake the cupcake. My brother bought it for me for tonight’s birthday party. The entire meal was 86 total carbs. when you have the cupcake.😀👍
Yes, the cupcake was really good and moist. I usually don't eat vanilla cupcakes because my number one favorite flavor for cupcakes are mostly chocolate and either chocolate or vanilla frosting on top. This is the first gluten free cupcake that was vanilla and had vanilla frosting that was moist from a bakery/store that I've had. My brother got a chocolate one a few months ago for me for a holiday celebration.
Hi Leah, looks like you enjoyed your birthday treats 😋
The fruits and cupcake that was gluten free was really nice and fresh/moist, Clive. Some of the fruits that were in the fruit salad were pineapple, kiwi, grapes, blueberries, strawberries and some cantaloupe.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did enjoy the family birthday party last night. Everyone enjoyed the ribs, hamburgers, hotdogs, etc.. I will have to see what we will do for when July comes this Summer.... We will have another birthday then-- along with 4th of July celebration weekend.
That's exactly right. Having any type of celebration is something we all need. I enjoy it when we can celebrate with family and friends. This is one of the only parties we've had that broke the bubble.
Some of the food we had last night was ordered by at a restaurant by my brother and the rest he got from pick up drive by at a store near where he lives. There was a lot leftover so they may have those for the next few days from now.
We had some really big strawberries 🍓 with lunch today.😀👍
Hi Leah, I’m so glad you had such a great time with your family. Those cupcakes look so delicious and all the wonderful dishes you had. 😋 I’m sure you make everyone happy and they appreciate you as well. Have a wonderful Sunday Leah! 😊🙏☀️🌺
Thank you for saying this Koko. We all enjoyed everything that was done for last night's dinner/party. It was very delicious and had lots of protein in it. It's been a while since I had ribs for dinner, so that was a big treat in itself as part of the meal.
You’re welcome Leah. Wow you had ribs for dinner last night after awhile must be so great. Hmmm I haven’t had for over 5 months now, I wonder what it feels like myself 🤔 😂😂😂. I think the best part of a birthday party is gift opening when I was a kid. So excited and ran around everywhere and usually forgot where all those at in the next 2 weeks. 🤣😂😅 Good time Leah, creating every chance we have to get together with love ones is so joyful always, 🤗
That's right. Having family/friends around to help celebrate important occasions means a lot to people and children enjoy the gifts at birthdays and other celebrations. What type of ribs did you have a while back?
I had the ribs last night, but no barbecue sauce since I wasn't sure if it had wheat in the mixture/ingredients. It's okay, though that I did that because they tasted better without sauce.
I’m same way I didn’t like bbq sauce. I liked to taste the spice they marinated the ribs. 😁 I’m so glad they can make vegan ribs, that’s so creative. 👍
