Healthy eating vs BMI
Now I'm not sure what is more important, the
healthy
eating
or my BMI? I have a really fast metabolism due to my SE asian heritage, the only way I can really put on weight is carbs and fat which I'm trying to avoid to improve egg quality! Any advice would be appreciated.

Dinner: Chicken Souvlaki and Low Carb. Greek Peach Yogurt: 8-22-24
This is what I had tonight for dinner with a low carb. Greek Peach yogurt. It had 30 carbs. and 22 grams of protein in the chicken souvlaki. The entire meal was delicious and had
35 total carbs.
for the meal. What did you have for dinner tonight?

Self sabotage
I’ve just started reading posts again after years off. Someone said something negative on a thread & I couldn’t face opening myself up to more of the same. I find that every time I start to make progress, I shoot myself in the foot. If I lived alone, I could just not have stuff in the house. As it is

ALP and GGT
I immediately stopped drinking, lost 21kg and am now in normal BMI range and continuing with
healthy
eating
and daily exercise. I had an ultrasound which showed everything ok except mildly fatty liver. I have had numerous repeat tests and am waiting on a fibroscan.

lemon sole with a chive sauce .
pan fried the fish two minutes each side in a little olive oil . Nice with a chive sauce over , used sour cream and a Dijon mustard (1/2 tsp) plus chives . No bones in the fish at M&S . My main meal today at 1330 . Is it better to have a smaller meal at 1730 than lunchtime to lose weight ? Thanks

I am 68 years old, struggling to stick to a
healthy

plan. I take B12 and a vitamin D supplement. Is it safe for me to take a zinc supplement? I would appreciate any advice in relation to this. Many thanks and I hope everyone is keeping as well as can be with this illness x.

What simple healthy eating tips work for you ?
For instance, I start my day with a pint of water, with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and a freshly squeezed lemon.I've found that this has eased, the mild problems I was having with bloating and heartburn. I take medication and do so happily for other health issues but where possible, if I can use a

Weighin
You would think that they would have some access to
healthy
eating
in their cafes. It's predominately cakes and sandwiches. O well. Anyway I weighed in yesterday and only gained 1lb. I had feared the worst. I thought maybe 3 or 4 as I hadn't been to slimming world for a couple weeks.

Why Self Care is so important in managing your IBS…
Again, if I am honest, it is probably on a daily basis but for the majority of the time I am focused on
eating
healthy
. I won't share what I eat, as I recognise that people with IBS may be intolerant to certain foods but I do like eating fresh vegetables, nuts and fruit.

why do I associate relaxing with sweet treats? 😳
I lack the willpower to stick permanently to
healthy
eating
despite good intentions. Why do I associate relaxing with sweet treats? Anything goes wrong - the answer really isn’t to cheer myself up with a choccy bar or cake. I know what I should be doing to lose weight, but still don’t do it.

Hello, any help welcome
And, horror of horrors, I'm gaining weight, when, prior to this, my attempt at weight loss, calorie and carb counting, exercise,
healthy
eating
etc, was working. I'm 69, 4ft 11in.
