After all this time I am still being bullied. I tell myself don't be a victim but the harder I stand my ground the harder they come. But

I am yet to see the harder they fall. Also sometimes you just have to let something go. And be big about it.

It appears bullies are just unaware of the effect ,s they are having. Or enjoy their form of turture exacted out on you and yet the more they push the harder I become. No hard luck stories.

I can feel that something good is coming out of all the negativity.

I am much bigger and taller than I used to be.

I am not a child anymore but an adult who will only get down ( not for long) I will feel infuriated and still after an outburst offer an olive branch as fast as I can.

Will I ever be able to relax.. whilst being constantly chided.

Many people don't just look on but put there positive 2 Penny's worth in.

I like the word "us " having lived through more isolation than now. No one really speaks to me as a two way thing where they bring something of themselves but

There are always good surprises Even if from the most unexpected places.

One day my life will be rich and then I will Sowe a fullvtapistry of words. If my triumphs and losses.

Much love in the struggle.

Im so sorry you are dealing with the bullying. It's very difficult to be on the receiving end of this behavior.

Your words " I am not a child anymore" really resonate with me. We are adults and have the ability to stand up for ourselves. Im glad it doesn't bring you down for long anymore. That's a sign of strength and growth.

You even extend the olive branch. You are a bigger and better person.

Have you tried boundary setting with anyone? Letting them know you will no longer tolerate their behavior? You will find the strength to do this at some point.

Sending you strength and peace as you continue your journey,

Thank you for your reply. Boundary setting sounds good.

But I think the mental health of the bullies might just ignore it or a flat refusals. What you said sounded like you have experience.

Thank you for your wisdom

I've experienced it with family members. Boundaries have worked.

Agree , the person throwing the insults etc has the problem. But, we don't have to listen to it. Use your voice, state your case and leave the room.

Stay strong :)
