I'm sorry that you are unable to see your therapist until later in the week and it sounds like it's urgent.
For me just acknowledging my emotions is already helpful in some ways. Yesterday I was badly triggered and just validating what I was feeling was helpful.
I hope you get through this and that it becomes more tolerable.

I am so sorry you are feeling anxiety. I hate the way it makes you feel. Did something happened? What do you feel anxiety about? I am glad you are talking about your feelings and seeing a therapist.
