I wanna say how proud I am of every single one of you who are suffering and trying to get through these bad times.. I know it’s very hard, we need to take a day for ourselves to collect.. YOU ARE STRONG, WONDERFUL, WORTHY, and BEAUTIFUL in every and any aspect that this life brings and we WILL win. Have a good rest your day/night.

I send hope and support to everyone who attends this forum. It is not an easy thing to confront mental problems. It takes courage, perseverance and tenacity to keep searching for better mental health.
