Thinking of the things that I am grateful for today - I thought of the communities to which I belong under the umbrella of HealthUnlocked.com and this illustration immediately came to mind - I am no longer alone, I have made new friends here who care about my recovery and uplift me with their posts, their own journeys of experience and hope.

Thank you to Michele for creating this wonderful sanctuary of places to go when one is struggling with things they don't yet understand.

Thank you to all the Admins of the different communities for monitoring the posts and sharing your own journeys. Please know that you are making a difference in my life and I believe in the life of every member.

Thank you for expressing your gratitude, PNIAuthor.

You are contributing to this safe place by offering your support, hope and pulling others up, just like on this beautiful picture above.

Thank you for being here and sharing your journey......
