One of the things that really irks me about PTS is when I consistently do the very thing that is hard for me to do - and a part of me still does not feel that I accomplished something and I can now relax.

What I meant to say is when I do the thing that is hard to do there is still a part of me that feels I accomplished nothing or what I did was no big deal...
I hear you, jamie. It sometimes feels like not a big deal - but I can't see it in perspective. I might do a big recovery thing, and still feel weak afterward.
