Projecting on others???

I have done this ever since my PTS hit me. When I see other people going about their business, I think of myself in their shoes and wonder how can I ever be like them in a non-state of panic mindset. I ask the question, "What is that like to be engrossed in an activity that they are enjoying?"

I do this CONSTANTLY.....

I do this too, especially when I see happy families enjoying each other. I wonder, how can they be so relaxed? How can they not see what's coming? How can they feel so free to act and say what they think? I hate these thoughts and I am working so hard at disrupting them when they come.

Thanks for relating. It's hard to disrupt them because isn't what they "have" what we want???

Yes. I think what they have is innocence.
