Information
I think I know what causes it having completed a
first
aid
course in 1976 but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. It’s like a panic attack on steroids. Thanks for any advice. Hope you are all happy and well 👍🏻

Thin, fragile skin
After decades of steroid use my skin is very fragile, so I keep a
first
aid
kit at home and also in the car, with wound spray, steri-strips, padded dressings etc, for repairs on the go! You can get plasters & dressings for fragile or sensitive skin. Boots do them, and a company called Allevyn.

Learn CPR and Defibrillator training
I now have my
First
Aid
Instructor qualification and teach Basic Life Support-CPR-Defibrillator training. My own training has helped me in 2 different situations, where I have come across 2 people in Cardiac Arrest.

Badminton Bolt 10K Race Report ⚡️😎👍
I had done zero training for this so my aim was simply to enjoy it all and get the bling at the end 🏅 Military cadets acted as the marshals and it was reassuring to see them on the course because I kept thinking they would all be

Thoughts please ...
It released a little only to repeat a number of times whilst I was put into the
first
aid
room and checked out by a paramedic. Blood pressure was high but nitrate spray and aspirin calmed things down enough for me to decide to go home for rest rather than a&e.

Medication Storage Ideas?
I also have one of those plastic 3 drawer things stuffed to the brim with the 'normal, OTC medication and
first
aid
' stuff. I'm bordering on getting an over-door shoe organiser to hang in my wardrobe but ideally something more aesthetically pleasing!!

*Long Read Warning* How do you know if you’re getting better mentally?
Just need to vent, if you read this and commented thankyou, it helps getting another perspective on the situation. Male, 20 Parents went through a divorce in 2022 and it was ugly to say the least. (Mom was an alcoholic, dad was a cop and emotionally distant due to his Mexican culture and upbringing

Any body got any tips?
I am wondering if anyone has any
first
aid
tips on how to deal with it. I think I must go to A&E but that is not a prospect I relish. I saw a private endo to try and cut down on husbands anxiety but no reply other than instructions to stop T3.

just sharing a link that is a new product helpful for sleep. It was recommended by a very well know integrative doctor in California. I am not recommending it for restless legs, but my sister and her husband say it helps with sleep. https://lifewave.com
