Well this morning I had a home visit from a Dr working for atos regarding my appeal for DLA!! Do I think it went well, ummm no not really although the dr was pleasant enough I have no faith that the report that will be written will be favourable to me BUT if i'm turned down again can I ask to see the dr's report to see what has been written?

Oh yes you can request a copy of the report.. Many people on here have been shocked to see what was written compared to what was asked and happened ... But some have got through it ok so fingers crossed

If you are turned down, you can appeal on a GL24 form. The DWP then has to send you all the paperwork relating to your claim, which will include the medical report.
