I take 120mgs a day, I think it helps a bit with psin, but it really works to keep me sane (well...close to it! :-) ) I do more nice stuff than without it...less misersble. No bad effects, a bit dizzy for a while..Maybe it's worth trying to see how you feel? We're all different and you won't know unless you give it a chance. I hope it helps you one way or another. Take care L

Hi, presumably because you are on it, it works quite well for you, does that cover nerve pain, anxiety and depression?

Have you experienced weight gain, or any other unwanted side effects?

Thanks for replying to me

I have been taking it for a while. Have not really noticed any benefits. I experience very vivid dreams.

Research seems to think it is most effective.

I still take it though.

Thanks CarolePer, as long as you haven't experienced anything bad other than vivid dreams, I'm happy with that, as I am about to start them. Have you had your dosage reviewed to ensure you are on the optimum?

I started on 30mg initially then upped to 60mg. It's difficult to tell how effective it is without coming off it. Saying that I think my anxiety levels have calmed down. I also have vivid dreams. I seem to sweat a lot at night but I think this has more to do with the tramadol. Hope you find it helps you.

Thanks Malwimmy27, I am just about to start 30mg and that's great your anxiety has calmed down. CarolePer above has also mentioned vivid dreams. Sweating means you are losing weight, so I could do with some of that lol :)

I hope you find it helpful. It'll take probably 2 or 3 weeks before you notice any difference. Be good to hear how you get on. I should be losing weight with the amount I sweat! Eating my body weight in chocolate probably doesn't help :)

Lol !

I will make a note to blog in 2-3 weeks about how I'm getting on with it.
