So far I've been given co-codamol 30/500 for pain relief, which annoys my endometriosis (makes me constipated and spaced out) but helps a little but with the joints aches. I wondered what tablets everyone else was on? My shoulder is so sore today, it hurts lifting my mug!

The Best Pain Relief?
Unfortunately co codamol and co dydramol do tend to make you comstipated and certainly in my case spaced out .... Unfortunately I can only tolerate paracetamol which isn't much use... A lot of people on here are on tramadol which can be taken with paracetamol and that seems to work for many .... Unfortunately I can't tolerate tramadol either. But it may be an option to discuss with your GP.... My sympathies with your endometriosis ... I had a total hysterectomy 13 years ago when I was 35 and immediate cure in my case.. Fortunately I had managed to have one child between surgeries for endo.

I was initially prescribed co codamol, which took the edge off. Became very constipated. I was then referred to the pain clinic through rheumatologist, now taking tramadol, paracetamol and duloxetine. Pain nurse is looking to add pregablin at my next visit (end of this month). I am lucky in that I am able to tolerate most medication. I hope you are able to be prescribed something that's more effective.
I get the same problems when Im taking the co codamol 30/500. I found taking a 1000mg of vitamin C each day helped
I use Zapain it's the only one that helps me.
Tramadol made me crazy like a hang over without the alcohol.
Hi I'm on morephine patches 10mg ( bus trans) plus tramadol to top up if I do to much in one day hope this helps.
Sorry miss spelling its butrans .
