please cxan some one tell me more about fibro, i read the symtomps and yes i have most, but my bones break easily, and i cant weight bare on my legs i fall and cant lift a cup of tea as it seems i lifting a dead weight, plus terr headaches.
is this right

Bones that break easily would not be due to Fibro. Easily breakable bones could be due to low bone mineral density - osteoporosis or osteopenia:

Muscle weakness can be due to Fibro and associated problems (such as myofascial pain syndrome). However, it can also be caused by many conditions.
Headaches again, may be due to Fibro, but could also be caused by many things.
If you haven't yet been properly diagnosed, you need to be. This involves a lot of testing and referrals to rule out (or identify) other possible causes of your symptoms.

I would get yourself thoroughly checked out. As Lindsey says, above, your bones shouldn't be breaking that easily on account of Fibro. I get terrible headaches. I always have done since I was a little girl. They have been exacerbated by Fibromyalgia. Have you been investigated for your headaches? I have trouble lifting things and get pins and needles and numbness or tingling and I frequently drop things due to spasms but I can lift a cup of tea ( even if I drop it suddenly...lol...!) so again, the fact that you are having trouble lifting the weight of a cup of tea, should be looked into. Perhaps it is because you have a weakness with your bones/muscles but that is for a professional to ascertain. I am going for a DEXA scan in April as I fell and broke my wrist about 6 weeks ago. I am 59 so they are querying osteoporosis. I don't know how old you are but you really should speak to your GP and/or ask to be referred to a Consultant who can do some proper tests to rule out other things before putting everything down to Fibro.

Morning do pop to your doctors and have a chat get a refferal to Rheumatology and they will help you. Also ask if you have O steoporrosis need yoour bloods checked for calcium levels and vitamin d . Preventative measures can be taken which do help make our bones stronger Good luck xgins

i deffo would get checked out to be sure! I have trouble with weight bare and weakness and nasty headaches last 4 days and bed bound. but i did have bone problems it was vitd and calcuim probs now stored with high dose vits regularly. but i deffo have fibro but i am query borderlining lupus and ANAD. blood tests always showing weak positives, also high imflammortorys markers.

thank you all for your comments yeah been to drs they just keep putting it down to fibro or rumatoid arthritis, i do have degeneration bone disorder in my spine, and have dercums. copd and emp[hasemia tbh im just so depressed housebound not 50 yet, also got a daughter with adha and asd only just been diagnosed at 14.life sucks.
