Hi, I am also on Lyrica but also Amitriptyline and Co-Dydramol, the latter covers pain the others cover over reaction of nerves causing pain. Are you on any medication for the pain itself? I cannot cope with flares without it as it blocks everything so I can cope with my everyday life. How long have you taken Lyrica for? I take mine at 7am and 7pm and find that works best as it means I am not without it. Sometimes I forget and pay for it. I take Amitriptyline at night to help me sleep as I find I am so sensitive to bedding and laying down.
I have been to a physio and to be honest found mine was of no help. She seemed to think I needed to build up the strenth in my legs - but if tested she would have found them to be strong - I was favouring my hip because it hurt! Anyway, I understood what she meant and do my own version of extending my walking as I work and walk varying distances every day.
However, you might find your physio is of help - maybe enquire about hydro-therapy? But be careful. The pool is so lovely you forget and overdo things - I nearly lost my job as i was off every time I went!
Soft hugs

Here is information on the treatment of Fibro:
fibroaction.org/Pages/How-I...
Do get the blurred vision checked out. Whilst issues with focusing/tired eyes might be down to Fibro, Fibro doesn't really cause specific vision problems. These may be due to medications or could be a sign of another condition - for example Sjogrens Syndrome causes dry eyes and MS can cause all sorts of vision problems. Getting a health check from an optometrist is a good plan (ideally they should check your tear function as well) and then go back to your GP if they can't see anything wrong.
thanks ive been to opt failed my fields test so got to go back my eyes are really dry not been checked for anything else but cons took loadslbloods im gonna go bk to gp and get some better pain meds thanks all xx
