cant sleep

morning all ,thank you for your support ,now cant sleep due to a party next door ,there was shouting and screaming ,but looked out of window police arrived and ambulance , dont no what went on but glad its quit now , ,

trouble is i cant get back of to sleep now which is typical of me , leg still hurting a bit ,so tommrow another injection at 6 pm ,

going to take more pain killers , got my feet up now on couch ,

regarding flat got a very good freind helping , and my sons coming over today to help all i be doing is making coffee , ,

will tell you results monday when i go for scan ,

Having similar with the party, police and ambulance as well as the force 12 storm all in my head because of the pains going to it from my skellington.

Everything hurts and It is so frustrating because There is nothing I can take until 6 am,

Still at least I can read some stuff on here.

HI YES ITS AWFULL CANT SLEEP AND FIBRO PLAYING UP ,WHEN UR BRAIN THINKS ITS A PARTY GOING ON INSIDE,OR YOU FEEL GOING CRAZY , IM BACK UP AGAIN AT 05.30 AM , JUST HAD TO TAKE PAINKILLER FOR MY LEFT CALF HURTYING AGAIN , .1 WONDER IF U LIVE ON MY STREET AS AMBULANCE WAS CALLED AT 1.30 AM AND POLICE WITH LIGHTS ON . ,THE PARTY STOPPED WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND QUISTIONED ,SOME ONE WAS TAKEN AWAY IN AMBULANCE ,

HOPE U CAN GET BACK TO SLEEP . .

IM JUST HOPING MY LEG WILL CALM DOWN AND BRAIN FOR ME TO SLEEP TO .

Hi

I wish it was only things going on outside but my problem is all pain related, when I wake early I find I might just as well stay up until I have my tablets at 6 wait for half an hour and back to bed by 6.30 That is the plan anyway.

The sleep fairy says your are so missed they are thinking of getting the heavy brigade out and that is knock you over the head with a sleep hammer.

Oh guys what a night you have had I should have come down and come on line I have spent the entire night with my feet giving me terrible trouble I resorted to raising them up and trying to pass the time looking like a bent U ha ha it is better now I am verticle now my hands are hell ugh keep smiling huns xgins

I get hot feet at night, gins. Are yours hot too, if so have you tried a cold water bottle - works really well - lasts longer than gel pads?
