Lovely picture. I am sure they know when we are under the weather. When we had our last dog she was very boisterous and playful but when I was ill and in bed she would just either lie on the bed or by the side and if she had to go out she would go out very quickly and not play around. One time when I had to be in bed 2 weeks she must have got really concerned and one by one brought the contents of her toy basket upstairs and onto my bed as though trying to tempt me to play. Hope taking the sample to the docs will give you some answers.x

thats how annie is.she doesn't play as much and spends a lot of her day lying down or by my side/at my feet.

Morning anbuma, glad you managed a lie in :-) methinks though that Annie looks extremely laid back rather than concerned :-) I think dogs will pick up your concern, and I know how concerned you are about you, so that may reflect on them, try being lighthearted, I know it's difficult if you're not feeling great, but if you can do it and see how they respond to a lift in your mood. I've tried with my doglets and I must say it worked incredibly - so much so that Poppie kept jumping onto me (remembering she is only very tiny) and bouncing up and down on my chest with excitement. I couldn't believe it hehehehe :d :d :d :d

Happy Friday :-)

That really is a beautiful picture anbuma. I am so sorry to read that you slept in like this as dogs normally wake their owners if its getting late and they want something?

Take care

Hello to all, trhe dog of the house comes bounding in and jumps up onto my bed, I do get an early warning that he is on the way, but still a bit fear, he does not pick his paws up high enough!!!.

Doggy wake up service is good, but a bit heavy if he lands on the old legs, ttfn
