hard skin

i am syffering with hard skin on my fingers and toes which is now splitting and making my fingers and toes extremely painful?

Have you tried Vaseline my OH fingers split every winter and this year he finally found something that works for him good old fashioned Vaseline ... He applies it three times a day and his hands are lovely now... For a man ... I have to mention he Is shouting dont make me sound effeminate... I didn't know he knew such words

Vaseline is wonderful stuff - there's also a range made by Compeed which I find good.

Make sure you always wear gloves in this cold weather, and rubber gloves at the sink.

Argan oil is wonderful you can use it every where even hair

It's none greasy and goes into the skin very well.

E45 extra moisture lotion is good for me, put on your feet at night, wear cotton socks during the night and your feet will feel so much better in the morning. Also works with your hands.

to stop the pain you need to use a strip of plaster to pull the splits together this stops new skin from opening up best to use steri strips or thin micropore when you are stuck back together then moisturise

Also non virgin olive oil heat so warm message in to slim after bath or shower really helps my boyfriend has crohns and suffers a lot or hard dry skin of testes every thing and bass line and warm olive oil two best things

hi i got double base cream from doctor that works well also since taking ad-cal vitamin d tablets from doctor my skin has not split in a year now. xx
