reynouds syndrome(where your hands and feet are so cold)
Arthritis
Just a few extra hun it`s a real bummer and so hard to exsplain half the time. You want to scream when asked how you feel, but we all smile sweetly and say "I`m fine thanks how are you".
All we can do is hope tomorrow is better for all of us.
i have all of your symptomes, pluss strange sensations on skin, like hot or cold patches, feeling likr icy water is running down my legs. sometimes my legs or arms will fall asleep for days, eye twitches, facial numbness. urrinary incontenance, all my nails and hair fall out. i could go on and on but typing is soo hard, my hands are soo cold i cant get my fingers to move xx
Hi yes all of the symptons at one time or another i have and its awful but i just get up every day and then see how i feel and what i can do and cant do its awful but i tell myself some people are worse off sometimes it works sometimes not you take care anfd love and hugs diddle x
Hi ! I too have all the symptoms you experience plus others of which i would like to know if anyone suffers with cramp in toes and legs almost everyday day
at sometime plus a really stiff nek and sore shoulder blades................
x keep on going its the only way.....hugs x
Hi i have the following, at different times and to varying degrees, like us all i have good days, so so day, bad days and unbearable days :
Fatigue - however restless nights
IBS
Headaches - very intense
Exstreamly sensitive scalp, brushing hair is very painful
Intense pain in right hip
Restless Legs and lately arms
Twitching in legs and arms
Cramp in legs (like you monybags), sometimes they are so intense
Fibro Fog - Forget things, muddle words, cant express my self, poor concentration
All over muscle pain
Weak ankles / sore feet - painful to walk after resting for a while
neck pain
pins and needles in hands and feet
Feeling of being tearful ( sure is in response to being tired and constant pain)
Thats the main ones, is so hard isn't it , but i agree keep going is the only way. x
Melissa - I hope you don't mined me asking - you say your nails fall out, my toe nails always fall off ( like they are shedding a skin - new nail underneath) and have done for couple of years. Use to treat for fungal infection but not that GP said no infection, just weird they fall out. So wonder why, do you know if it is a symptom of fibro?
I also get this thing where my skin hurts...can't stand even the slightest touch.
insomnia
Interesting to see the intolerance to water....I'm the same, I can't do baths, cant stand the heat, can't stand the cold getting out, can't sit for long because RLS kicks off and it always makes me itch.
What Lou said about good days, so so days, bad days, and intolerable days is so true.
I can have a good day with the pain but I sometimes have such shakes in my hands I can't hold a cup of tea (now that is really intolerable)
Arthritis is bad in al my joints but it does not show as rheumy does, mine is just painful but everything looks ok so I get the feeling that people do not realise how painful osteoarthritis is just because my fingers are not swollen or out of shape.
I always have a weird sensation on my face, I can touch it heavily and it is fine but if I just touch it lightly then it really hurts, it is like when I had sinusitis and the sensation started but has not stopped, the sinusitis has gone year or two ago. I have tried cleaning them out (where you bend over and fill you mouth with water and it comes out your nose) but that does not help, it makes no difference to it.
Yes to the Fatigue, I am always exhausted, not sleepy tired but where everything is a major effort tired.
The restless leg symptoms ant with Quinine, I am no sure if it was the quinine or it just stopped but when ``i had the restless legs it was unbearable, I would sit on them and wait until they went to sleep and then got in bed and tried to go to sleep but the pins and needles would come and wake me before I could get to sleep, but it did work once or twice.
Headaches. I used to get migraine a long time ago and these are not to that level but close.
tolerable pain everywhere
intense pain in random places
Cramp in hands and legs twice daily at least.
Typing this has taken over an hour because I have had to stop so often, partly because of the pain in my hans and partly because if i do not move every ten minutes or so then it really starts to hurt all over.
But apart from that and having to have a bronchoscopy in a couple of weeks I am fine.
I will not let this beat me I have so much to live for and I really do not want to miss out on anything.
Take care and kindest regards
Terry
