Hi, I feel your pain, I get a lot of pelvic pain too. I try various things and it varies on what works. I try moving it around by gently rocking my hips. My physio at the pain team taught me to get on to my hands and knees and arch my back up and then down which I often find helpful - I can feel the gently stretch around the pelvic joint.

If none of that works it's back to heat and pillow under my knees.

Beyond that I don't know what to suggest. I hope it settles soon for you x

Dear KKnanny,

Have you ever tried using a prescribed pain relief cream called Capasacin Cream, I personally found it very helpful.

Capasacin cream is known to reduce Substance P , a substance which is excitable when you feel pain. Research has shown that people with Fibromyalgia have 3 times the amount of Substance P than healthy people do. I found it very beneficial and thought I would mention it out of interest. Link below

Please be careful if you are sensitive to medications as this is made from Capsicum pepper and must not go near your eyes as similar to police pepper spray. If you are sensitive to medications and experience side effects this may not be the pain relief cream for you.

Also some people find relief from taking a warm bath with Epsom Salts, this may be of help too

I hope you find some relief and I wish you well.
